The MeTime Providers app: a walk through

Wherever you are, you can now assess patients in seconds, interact, book, and follow up. Here's how.

Download the MeTime Providers app from the App Store or Google Play Store and sign in using your provider credentials. If you haven't signed up as a provider already, you can onboard directly through the providers app.

🖥️ Set up payments first on desktop so you can request payments on the mobile app

Save your valuable time with the Providers app

When patients submit journeys through your link, you will get an instant notification on the provider's app. Respond in minutes to delight and convert patients interested in your services.

You can do almost everything on the providers app that you can do on the web app. Here is the general flow.

  1. Go to matches and tap into the patient journey.
  2. Tap the bottom container to open and view the video and photos.
  3. Type or use speech-to-text behind the plus icon to save time and give your first response.
  4. Add a saved reply to inform patients on popular treatments and the details.
  5. When asked about pricing, use the "Send pricing" button rather than typing to improve conversions.
  6. Offer an appointment or label the match for your colleagues to get back to the patient.

Remember: Don't ask the patient to call the clinic, email the clinic, or upload photos on a different channel. Conversion rates drop dramatically if you take them off the MeTime channel.

After you've sent a message, you can set up an auto follow-up at a scheduled time to nudge the patient and ask if they have any other questions, or edit your message depending on the conversation.

If a patient has not seen your message, tap the + icon and then "Engage", and you'll be able to nudge them with a WhatsApp, SMS, or email, provided they've opted in to receive marketing messages from you.

The engage feature funnels patients back into the MeTime chat. It is not a separate two-way WhatsApp, SMS, or email conversation.

Using personas

You can now have more than one staff member use the MeTime provider app. For example, if your clinic coordinator or office manager needs to access patient matches to book them in, they can also use the app to interact with patients.

It's important to set the personas so the patient knows who they're talking to. The login credentials are the same, and you can change personas and add new personas and avatar photos under the profile tab of the mobile app.

If you've signed up using Google or Apple single sign-on (SSO) and need colleagues to log in, you can set a password from your web app on the computer 💻

To set up or change your password, log in via the web app (not the mobile app). Tap your profile avatar, choose account settings and password to add or change your password.
